One Twelve South LLC is a family owned business with deep roots in Boerne and San Antonio. John and Miriam Hernandez, both Boerne natives, have been married 38 years and have two sons and daughters in law and four amazing grandkids. John had a successful thirty year career as Service Manager for the Boerne John Deere dealership before starting his own mobile repair business. Miriam started her Personal Training business, Miriam Hernandez Personal Training, in 2000 and is still going strong to this day, helping her clients achieve their goals and live longer, healthier lives. On nights and weekends, John and Miriam renovated their one hundred plus year old home in downtown Boerne over a period of years, discovering a passion for restoration along the way (while not killing each other!!) and subsequently formed a small design and remodel business almost fifteen years ago in addition to their careers, taking on all kinds of projects and expanding their services. One Twelve South LLC eventually welcomed Miriam's brother, John Hagy as a partner as the business quickly expanded.
John Hagy, also a Boerne and San Antonio native, is a US Navy veteran and has spent the past twenty years in residential project management, remodeling, and estimating. John has three adullt daughters, a son-in-law, and two grandsons. With a passion for construction, creativity, and customer service, John has a thorough and professional knowledge of home building, custom craftsmanship, and carpentry.
